Our Football Story: Strand City Football Club
We started with the MPKB BRI Friend Academy in 2020 after the MCO due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Alhamdulillah got an advantage in terms of training places, which is to use the field supervised by MPKB BRI for free.
This MPKB BRI Friends Academy is limited to under 10 to 16 only and when our kids grew up we had to establish another team and we chose this good name which is Strand City Football Club.
Finally we are comfortable using this club and using the name Strand City when participating in any tournament. The use of the name MPKB BRI should be careful because it is the name of the PBT which is the most important government body that looks after the city of Kota Bharu. Therefore, only for the academy we use the name Akademi Rakan MPKB BRI and if there are other activities we are more comfortable using the club name Strand City Football Club.
What makes Strand City Football Club football special?
We accept any child who does not have the basics of football to train at our academy which is MPKB BRI Friend Academy.
There are two places where teams can define variables:
